Automatic setup

If your DNS has been configured for automatic setup simply enter the email address in your chosen email client and it will discover the correct email settings. If DNS setup has not been done or does not work, please try the manual steps below.

Manual Setup Instructions

There are 2 types of connection, IMAP and POP.

IMAP is where emails are stored on the server, best suited for where multiple devices or users use an email account

POP is where emails are downloaded on to the computer or device and then removed from the server

If in doubt, choose IMAP or ask your provider for more guidance.
